We believe that the gremmie should be trained as a shredder from the time of initiation;
the gremmie joins the Ryncon Ryders for life,
and for better of worse, will always remain an integral part of the Ryncon Ryders.

We believe that only the "Watusi" is true surfing.

We believe in the perfect wave, the wave of waves, and the break of breaks
and will patiently wait for it even until the end of time.
The true surfer is one with nature, the sea, and surrounding surfers,
impervious to heat and cold, living only for the perfect wave.
